Event Program
5:00 PM – Yacht Departure
Guests will begin boarding the yachts from the designated port for a scenic 35-minute journey to the island.
5:40 PM – Arrival & Welcome
Guests arrive at the island and are warmly greeted by the hosts. This will be followed by a relaxed social hour with light refreshments and mingling among the 50 invited guests.
6:40 PM – Main Event at the Swedish Palace
The event begins on the top floor of the Swedish Palace with a 20-minute exclusive film screening.
7:00 PM – Gala Dinner
A formal dinner will be served in an elegant setting.
8:00 PM – Palace Tour
Guests will enjoy a guided tour of the palace, exploring its architecture and historical significance.
8:45 PM – Island Experience
Guests will board yachts for a short 5-minute trip to a neighboring island where the night continues with exclusive experiences, gifts, and special discounts.
9:45 PM – Return Journey
Guests will be brought back to the mainland via yacht to conclude the evening.
